[대학원 공동협력사업] African Yam Bean MAKEathon 참가 안내(6/30일 마감)

7.7~13일 온라인으로 진행되는 나이지리아 Yam bean 메이커톤 안내 드립니다. 마감은 6/30일 입니다.

*메이커톤은 사회, 환경 등 지속가능한 발전과 관련해 세계적인 이슈 및 문제를 해결하기 위한 문제해결 방식의 프로젝트입니다. 이번 메이커톤은 아프리카 사하라 사막 주변부의 식량 얀보 및 기후 변화등의 문제를 해결하기 위해 Yam-bean을 활용하는 프로젝트입니다. 여러 해결점을 도출하기 위해 다양한 전공 지원자의 관심을 부탁드립니다.

1. 일시: 2021. 07. 07 ~ 07. 13

2. 장소: 나이지리아, 온라인 webinar로 진행(zoom 등)

3. 주제: 사하라 사막 인근 국가의 식량 안보와 기후변화 문제에 대응하기 위한 Yam bean(뿌리는 감자와 같고 줄기에서는 콩이 자라는 식물) 활용 방안

4. 언어: 영어

5. 참여 대상: 아래의 내용에 하나라도 충족 된다면 누구나 가능.

Aspiring entrepreneurs

Are you interested in tackling food security and climate change in Sub-Saharan Africa? Then join the African Yam Bean MAKEathon organised by researchers from the University of Cambridge (UK) and IITA (Nigeria)!

The AYB MAKEathon is a unique open innovation event of stimulating webinars, ideation with participants from around the world, business model building and remote prototyping. We are inviting talented enthusiasts from different backgrounds and disciplines to help improve the livelihood of farmers in Sub-Saharan Africa and address the climate change impact together.
